What sizes do you carry?
We carry sizes 6 months through 4T. There are times where clothing sizes can fit a child smaller or bigger than the sizes we carry. If this is the case, it will be noted in the product description.
How does your sizing run?
Unless otherwise noted on the product page, our products run true to size.
Can I get help picking out the perfect look?

Can I place an order by phone?
Unfortunately we do not accept orders by phone. All orders must be placed online. If you have any issues placing an order, please feel free to email us at email@example.com
What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit cards payments. You can also check out using Afterpay, Sezzle or Zip (previously known as Quadpay). We accept Paypal as well.
I need to make a change to my order.
Please send us an email as soon as possible if you would like to change something in your order. Please note that we cannot ensure that the item you would like to exchange for will still be available.
Where is my order confirmation email?
Upon completion of your order placement, a confirmation email with the details of your order will be sent to you. When you order is complete you will be transferred to a confirmation page containing your order number. If you have any additional questions feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I track my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days depending on the shipping option you chose at checkout. After your order is processed, you will receive an email and/or text message confirming that your order has been shipped. This email will also contain your tracking number. What do I do if I receive a defective item?
In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide a photo of the damaged item. Please note, we are not responsible for damages that occur after wearing or washing the item.
Out of stock item - what should I do?
Please sign up for restock notifications on the product page for the item you are interested in and we will send you an email once the item restocks.
What are Afterpay, Sezzle and Zip? How do they work?
Afterpay, Sezzle and Zip (previously know as QuadPay) allow you to split your order into 4 interest free installment payments that are due every two weeks. You will pay the first installment payment at the time of purchase and the remainder over six weeks. There is no credit check required.
